Our Story
Homeless & Orphan Pets Exist - H.O.P.E. is a non profit and non-governmental organization which is currently located at Pekan Nanas, Johor. H.O.P.E. was established in April 2008 and was officially registered with the Registry of Societies of Malaysia on August 2009. H.O.P.E. is a 100% NO KILL animal shelter for all breeds of dogs and cats. We are currently sheltering over 2000 homeless cats and dogs. Now, we need a total of 80 bags of 15kg dog food to feed our doggies per day, a total of 2400 bags of 15kg dog food/month! That’s means we have to spend over RM140k per month for the expense of food itself and also approximately RM20k – RM30k on medical bills.

Vision And Mission
Our four core missions – rescuing, re-homing, sterilization and increasing public awareness of pet ownership and responsibilities. An enormous amount of love and care is given to ensure that the animals are happy and healthy. Apart from food and water, like any pet kept in your home, the animals in H.O.P.E. Receive an adequate amount of medical care. All the animals in H.O.P.E. Are sterilized and given regular vaccinations. Our vision is to reduce suffering in the world and advocate humane behaviour through education and provision of rescue, rehabilitation, and shelter to abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs. Hope the Government to have a more stringent legislation to protect and rescure stray pets. Establish a harmonious relationship between man and animals.

Future Plan
We planned to build a school rooms and lecture halls where the public and schoolchildren can come to learn about our furry friends, a shop where the public can purchase anything they want for their furry friends. There will be electricity, fresh water and shady places.
